As one of the largest mascot and costume suppliers in the World, they have a VERY interesting warehouse to wander round! As an example, Rainbow Productions make sports mascot costumes and made the Olympic 2012 and Winter Olympic 2014 characters. On our first site visit it was slightly surreal to see characters such as the Smurfs, Peppa Pig and family, Hey Duggee, as well as Wenlock the 2012 Olympic mascot looking down on us.
To provide extra storage space at least cost, we appointed the help of an experienced welding company TZ Welding, who create a stunning mezzanine level. We also worked in close partnership with Spiller Electrical Services who put in all the necessary power and lighting for this vast warehouse. Diamond Interior Contracts fitted new suspended ceilings partitioning and flooring. We also provided full project management which meant that we took responsibility for the other trades – making sure they knew where to come, what to expect, that they were on time, reliable and tidy. It also means that we took responsibility for clear and timely communications to the Rainbow Productions team. It’s vital to us that our clients always know what stage the project is at, any disruption that will be caused, that we agree any jobs outside the original specification etc.
Receiving a Google review from the Managing Director, Simon Foulkes, was the icing on the cake and we were delighted that he described our service as ‘faultless’ and ‘totally professional’.
